I would like to introduce to you all their

2 NEW, MUST TRY Pizza Hut's Parchment Pasta:
- Char-grilled Chicken Parchment Pasta
- Spicy Seafood Parchment Pasta

Honestly I had never try any pasta in parchment paper before this. I only know parchment paper is widely used for cooking fish, chicken, but I hadn't even heard of it being used with pasta.

So I was pretty excited to try out Pizza Hut's Parchment Pasta!

After personally tried the spaghetti in parchment paper, I realised that by cooking in this unique way, it actually allows the pasta to absorb the flavors of the dish while remaining moist but well baked.

Go try it if you haven't!

They were just launched on 25 August 2010!

I was at Pizza Hut (Suntec City) to give a try on the 2 new Parchment Pasta.

The restuarant had really nice ambience &

the staffs there were really friendly too!

While waiting for our food, we had camwhore session!!!

SNAP here, SNAP there, everwhere SNAP SNAP SNAP.... =D

Great variety of drinks to choose from,

I ordered the Summer Sparkle cause I love Mango,

and this drinks contained Mango bits in it!

It's Yummy!!!!

We started off with eating the Seafood Tofu Salad and Appetisers.

The food were served hot and fresh!

Seafood Toufu Salad-
Personally I would recommend taking some veggies salad like this for good health! This is Pizza Hut's signature creation of mesclun salad tossed with seafood tofu chunks and succulent straw mushrooms, served with crispy noodles and Italian dressing. Unique!

Chicken Riblet-
These chunky chicken riblets is really very tasty. They are fried till crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. Thumb up!

Hut's Platter-
I call this a Party Plate! It have all your favourites on one plate – sweet ‘n’ spicy drumlets, criss cross fries, calamari rings and scallop rolls accompanied by a bed of mesclun salad and chilli sauce.

-Spicy Seafood Parchment Pasta-

Mussels, squids and prawns with a luscious serving of linguine in spicy tomato base sauce wrapped in a parchment paper to seal in the delighful flavour and sweetness of seafood with al dente pasta for your enjoyment.

I love the prawns and mussels in the Spicy Seafood Parchment Pasta!
