Christmas and New Year Celebrations at PARKROYAL on Beach Road

 This holiday season, PARKROYAL on Beach Road ushers in merry tidings at Plaza Brasserie to celebrate the festive occasion in style with its Classical Christmas and New Year’s theme in Blue, White and Silver.  With a scrumptious spread of festive specialties, this celebration promises something unique for everyone.  Your table will have whistles and party blowers to make sure your family and friends come alive with fun and laughter at midnight! 

This year, the hotel will be introducing Pork Knuckles served in Asian inspired Spicy Sauce and Red Wine Sauce together with the traditional Roasted Turkey, Honey Baked Ham and Meat Loaf that will also be served as part of the festive treats.

At the Chef’s “live” cooking station, savour our Roasted Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapple and Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Turkey with Sausage Meat, Chestnut and Mushroom Stuffing and Roasted Pork served with Homemade Sauce, and Roasted Duck served with Chili and Plum Sauce.

Savour our main selections of Deep Fried Crispy Eggplant with chicken Floss, Stir Fried Butter Prawns, Braised Vegetable with Conpoy, Crab Meat and Topshells, Oven Roasted Duck Breast Meat with Marinated Cherries, Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Grilled Fish Fillet with Mustard Sauce, Baked Alaskan Cod with Mustard Sauce, Braised Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce, Braised Chicken in Herbs Reduction, Stir Fried Pork with “XO” Sauce, Deep Fried Crispy Almond Prawns, Stir Fried Beef with Thai Mango Sauce, Sautéed Brussles Sprout with Fish Maw and Bacon, Fried Rice with Seafood and Preserved Olive and Braised Noodles with Crab Meat and Mushrooms.

In addition, other delights such as Christmas Fruit Cake, Christmas Stollen, Bread and Butter Pudding, Classic Chocolate Mousse, Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Assorted Christmas Cookies, Espresso Brownies, Pecan Pies, Mince Pies, Ginger Bread as well as the Assorted Log Cakes and Raspberry and Vanilla Cheese Cake will make this Christmas a heart-warming one to remember!

For the children or the young at heart, Santa Clause will be making his rounds on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to distribute goodies to children dining at the Plaza Brasserie. Takeaway gourmet treats will also be available from 15 December 2012 to 1 January 2013.
