Spice Brasserie recently unveiled a series of delectable buffets!
Savour an enticing array of new culinary delights created by new Executive Chef Frederick Kho, from delicious Penang hawker fare to fresh seafood and crab prepared in ten different styles.

Crazy Crab
Crab lovers will go crazy on Friday nights when they can enjoy unlimited servings of crab dishes freshly prepared in ten different styles, ranging from Chilli Crab, Kam Heong* Crab, Golden Cheese Crab, Nyonya Chilli Crab, Sarawak Black Pepper Crab, Masala Crab, Salted Egg Yolk, Steamed Ginger Crab, Ginger and Scallion Crab and Braised Crab with Glass Noodles. The flavours highlighted are the must-tries. The sauces are meticulously prepared from scratch and the mud crabs are steamed to preserve their original juiciness and sweetness.

Crab lovers like Hongpeng (http://hpility.blogspot.sg) will sure love it!
Cause there are so many type of crabs to try on!

Must try the Fried Mantou dipping into the Chilli Crab Gravy!

I love the herbal one!

The claw is very big!

The crab's meat is fresh! According to the staffs there, they only cook the crab when the tray are empty.
This is to make sure they only serve the best to the customers.

Penang Affair
For a taste of Penang’s renowned hawker fare, tuck into our Penang Affair buffet with favourites such as Char Kway Teow, Assam Laksa, Penang Prawn Mee, Oyster Omelette and Penang Rojak. This is available from Mondays to Thursdays for lunch and dinner.

Penang Prawn Mee
This is one of the dishes that I never miss eating while in Penang.
The broth is flavoursome, I believe it is the result of using prawn head to boil the soup.

Oyster Omelette
Fresh big oyster fried with egg

Char Kway Teow
For a nice Char Kuey Teow to be served, it is flavored not only with the freshest ingredients, but equally important is the elusive charred aroma from stir-frying the noodles over very high heat in a well-seasoned Chinese wok. The mouthwatering aroma is the “wok hei” or breath of wok.

Assam Laksa
You need not travel all the way to Penang to try a nice Assam Laksa.
The standard of the Assam Laksa here is equally good!

Sensational Seafood
Enjoy a lip-smacking line-up of fresh seafood such as Boston lobster, mussels, tiger prawns and scallops, alongside live stations, every Saturday evening.

International Buffet
Embark on a gastronomic trail around the world at our international buffet which includes authentic Chinese, Indian, Japanese and local cuisine, served alongside a smorgasbord of Western culinary favourites. This is available for lunch every Friday to Sunday and Sunday dinner only.

Teochew Porridge

Nasi Lemak

Anyone want some Sashimi?

Assorted Sushi

Dessert corner
Well how can we missed out the dessert section!
at Spice Brasserie, you are able to try a big selection of dessert.

Pulut Inti ( Glutinous Rice with Sweet Coconut Pocket )

Lapis Legit (Thousands Layer Cake)
Kueh lapis legit is an Indonesian layer cake that takes after the Dutch spekkoek. This cake is grilled layer by layer to produce the striped effect.

Kueh Lapis
This bring back childhood memories.
When I was a kid, I used to eat them layer by layer. It's so fun!
